Volunteers Needed!

The Hinsdale Public Library Foundation is seeking volunteers interested in contributing their time and talent. As part of the Foundation, these volunteers would work with a dynamic group of residents, as well as the first-rate library staff, to support library services and programs and the development of creative initiatives for the cultural and educational enrichment of our community.

The Foundation is interested in establishing a speaker series to meet the interests of the community. This is a new venture for the Foundation and a Speaker Series Coordinator is needed to develop the concept, research and book speakers, secure venues, arrange hospitality, and coordinate publicity efforts.

In addition, the Foundation is in need of a Marketing Coordinator to oversee promotion of the Foundation including general publicity, oversight of the Foundation’s website, development of a promotional brochure, and networking.

  • Volunteer to Serve on the Foundation Board of Directors
  • Join the Foundation’s Volunteer Corps

  • Volunteer Your Expertise or to assist in one of the activities organized by the Foundation.
